Day 1 of the 4 Days Murchison Falls and Chimpanzees will start will a pick up from Entebbe International Airport or your Hotel by our professional driver guide who will also brief you about the 4 Days Murchison Falls and Chimpanzees. Thereafter, he will then transfer you to Murchison falls national park via Ziwa rhino sanctuary for on-foot rhino tracking. Following the tracking, you’ll drive to Masindi for lunch. After lunch, continue your journey shortly to Murchison Falls National Park. In the park, you’ll have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants. Upon arrival, you will check-in for Dinner and Overnight Stay.

First prepare for an early start today, as the early morning hours are when wildlife is most active, the sun is not too harsh, and temperatures are cooler. After an early breakfast, embark on a game drive to explore the northern part of the park. This is the prime time for spotting African wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, various antelope species, and a plethora of tropical birds.
Afterwards in the afternoon, you will enjoy another activity known as the boat safari along the Nile River to Murchison Falls. As you cruise, keep an eye out for crocodiles, numerous hippos, buffaloes, waterfowl, monkeys, and other thirsty wildlife that are drawn to the Nile’s waters. Following the boat trip, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will wake up early and go for briefing before you embark on the trekking experience. After the briefing, you will go to the forest with a trained ranger guide to locate chimpanzees. Upon locating them, you will spend one full hour with them in their natural habitats. Further more, you will observe how they use tools and their interactions. You will then return to your lodge for early lunch and Relaxation.
